Returns Policy

Return Period
Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that our customers have adequate time to evaluate their purchases while maintaining our high standards of service.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped directly from SuitLume
- Are in their original, unworn condition
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Please Note: Custom-tailored garments and altered items cannot be returned unless there is a demonstrable fault in craftsmanship.
Special Considerations for Custom Orders
For bespoke and made-to-measure suits, we have a specific policy:
- Orders cannot be cancelled after the 24-hour grace period
- Design modifications may incur additional fees

- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely with all original tags and documentation

Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Our quality control team will inspect the returned items
- You will receive an email confirmation of the return receipt
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Important Notes About Refunds:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount
- Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items within the 30-day return period, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

- Provide your order number and exchange request details
- Wait for confirmation of item availability
- Follow the return process for the original item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Document the damage with photos
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
- A replacement will be sent or a full refund issued
